What is a Land Registry compliant lease plan?

A lease plan is a scale drawing of land and buildings described in your lease, required since the implementation of the Land Registration Act 2002.

When do I need a lease plan?

You'll require a Land Registry compliant lease plan to register, transfer or create a lease longer than seven years. You'll also need one when submitting a determined boundaries application.

Why hire a lease plan expert?
